1. Agreement Upon Order

By making a payment and placing an order with Pixel-Hive, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions stated herein. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and Pixel-Hive.

Please note: Payments are securely processed through our financial partner, HAK Consultancy Services. As such, charges on your bank or card statement will appear under the name HAK Consultancy Services.

2. Delivery of Original Work

We deliver 100% original and custom creative work, including designs, websites, marketing materials, videos, and written content. All projects are created exclusively for you and will not be resold or reused. For written content, we ensure plagiarism-free material. Clients may use additional verification tools if desired.

3. Ownership Rights

Upon full payment and project delivery, all rights and ownership of the final creative work are transferred to you. You may publish, edit, and use the work without any obligation to credit Pixel-Hive, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Image and Asset Usage

We respect all copyright laws and do not use copyrighted images or assets without proper licensing. Pixel-Hive provides or recommends royalty-free resources for your use. If you choose to use licensed or third-party materials, you are responsible for securing the necessary permissions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pixel-Hive is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, deliverables, or website — including but not limited to data loss, business interruptions, or technical issues. All services are used at your own risk.

6. Policy Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. We encourage clients to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

7. Refund Policy

• Full Refund: If you cancel your order before significant work has been completed, you may be eligible for a full refund.
• Partial Refund: If you are unsatisfied with the work after delivery and revisions, you may request a partial refund (up to 50%) subject to review.
• No Refund After Completion: Once a project is approved and finalized, refunds will not be applicable unless shortcomings are found based on your original brief.

8. Revisions

We offer up to three free revisions after the initial delivery to ensure your satisfaction. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges.

9. Final Dispute Resolution

In rare cases of continued dissatisfaction, your case will be reviewed by our evaluation team. If we determine that the final work does not meet the requirements stated in your original brief, a full refund may be issued. Refund requests will not be accepted for changes in preference or scope after project completion.
